If you did all the above and are still having problems, you have two options. You can either send me email, or post a message to one of the mailing lists. The mailing lists are especially useful if you have unusual hardware or product-specific questions (e.g. How can I get StarOffice to print?). For your reference, here is my setup. I probably can't test anything other than this.
Please keep in mind that I provide this software for free and devote a large portion of my free time to supporting it. I receive between 5 and 10 emails a day regarding pbm2ppa, and I don't have the resources to step everyone through the software. Thanks for your understanding.
